Anybody ever use Alternative shirts before?
Specifically AA1075. I'm quoting some prices out for a customer for a 80 piece job and I'm trying to give him a couple of different options. Only thing is I've heard that these shirts can be a bit inconsistent with their sizing.

Lift Prox Error - Challenger II
We've been fighting with this problem for a few weeks now but this week the hassle turned into a dead piece of production equipment. We are really needing to get the press back up ASAP. Any help would be appreciated.
The press in question is a 90's era Challenger II, AC Servo, Air heads.
We are generating a lift prox error for some reason.
I've changed out both of the sensors and it didn't seem to make any difference.
The issue seems to be related to the heads being on, any of them. We can turn on the machine and let the table cycle, repeatedly for an hour. As soon as you turn on a print head, however, it cycles 1 or 2 times and then freezes and kicks out the error.
The problem has been getting more and more prevalent, we had been able to reset the machine and it would work fine for awhile again before the alarm.
Again, any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Justin

Automatic Press Lasers
Hey Everybody!
I wanted to get some opinions and some experiences with the laser line ups for automatic presses. I know that he new presses are coming with it now, but I am wondering if it is worth adding them to my current presses. The reason that I am asking about them is because we are doing a lot of hiring and always some turnover and trying to teach new people how to load shirts. I was wondering if this would be that much help to the new guys. I know a lot of the laser systems are good for lining up if you have a pocket or something like that, but what about just normal loading of the front and backs of shirts. Does it help keep them straight?
I know there are a ton of people who have been doing this for many years that can load shirts with their eyes closed or even behind their backs, BUT if this is someone who has never loaded before, will it be beneficial to them?
Thanks!!!

Teaching to load a machine
Hey Everybody,
I just wanted to pick some brains. I added a different topic about lasers, but I wanted to get some insight on training new employees to "load" shirts onto a press. I know it takes time and repetition, but does anyone have any insight on how they train new employees to load shirts??
Thanks in advance!!!

Manual for 1997 gauntlet "s"
I am considering buying a Gauntlet "S" that has a keypad on the control panel. I had trouble navigating through the settings
don't know if I'm doing something wrong or somethings not working.
The present owners bought it a couple of years ago to make a fortune screen printing, but never used it, so they can't help.

Diamondback problems
I bought a used 2009, 9 color, 10 station Diamondback R in October 2014. I was told the machine was good shape and it only had 524,000+ total prints. I saw the machine run and it was slow, but it fit what I needed. Well, I should have taken off panels and look at the insides. I've had computer problems due to the wires that run to the main panel have been trimmed back so far, the they will pullout during normal use. 5 proximity switches were cut off and the wires were splice with the replacements. In the last week, I had 3 rubber head bumpers shatter. Is this normal wear and tear? I'm looking for some input.
Also, Tech support has been awesome walking me through the steps needed to fix each problem. I'd be lost with out them.
